One of the most annoying things that can happen when working a customer-facing role is having a customer be an absolute prick to you. There’s really nothing you can do about it, as every reaction risks them freaking out more and, potentially, getting you fired.


That said, maybe employees *should* be allowed to exact a little revenge on their customers, as this woman did after someone threw water at her.
